Welcome to RechargeHub, operated by Koshyari Communication. By creating an
account or using our website and mobile app, you agree to these Terms &
Conditions. Please read them carefully. If you do not agree, please do not
use the service.
1. About the Service
RechargeHub is a digital recharge platform that lets registered users and
retailers do mobile recharges, DTH recharges, bill payments, and manage a
prepaid wallet. We act as a facilitator between you and the telecom
operators / payment partners.
2. Account & Eligibility
- You must be 18 years or older to use this service.
- You are responsible for keeping your password and transaction PIN confidential.
- All activity under your account is your responsibility. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
- Accounts are created only through our website. One person may hold one account.
- We may suspend or close accounts that violate these terms or show fraudulent activity.
3. Wallet & Payments
- Money added to your wallet can be used only for recharges and services on this platform.
- Wallet balance is non-transferable and cannot be withdrawn as cash.
- Wallet limits depend on your KYC level, as shown on the KYC page.
- Payments are processed through a secure UPI payment gateway. We never store your UPI PIN or card details.
Important: Always check the mobile number, operator, and amount before
confirming a recharge. Recharges sent to the wrong number cannot be reversed.
4. Recharges
- Once a recharge is successful, it cannot be cancelled or reversed.
- If a recharge fails, the amount is automatically refunded to your wallet.
- A "pending" recharge is still being processed — please do not recharge again. It will either succeed or be refunded.
- Operator downtime or wrong details entered by you are not our responsibility.
- Commission on recharges is credited as per the applicable slab and your account type.
5. Retailer Terms
- Retailers earn commission on successful transactions as per current rates, which may change from time to time.
- Retailers must serve their own customers honestly and not misuse the platform.
- Higher KYC levels unlock higher limits and better commission on volume.
6. Prohibited Use
You agree not to:
- Use the service for any illegal or fraudulent purpose.
- Use stolen cards, unauthorized UPI IDs, or another person's payment method.
- Attempt to hack, overload, or disrupt the platform.
- Create multiple accounts to abuse offers or commission.
7. Limitation of Liability
We provide the service on a best-effort basis. We are not liable for losses
caused by operator failures, network issues, wrong details entered by you, or
events beyond our reasonable control. Our maximum liability for any
transaction is limited to the transaction amount.
8. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service
after changes means you accept the updated terms. The "Last updated" date
above shows the latest revision.
